The Pierce at 7 Van Buren

OAK PARK, IL

Oak Park Residence Corp, a longtime Oak Park institution and non-profit community development corporation that exists exclusively for charitable purposes, broke new ground with this 44-unit apartment building and sought Phius Source Zero certification and ICECF’s Net Zero Building Grant. As such, it demonstrates the limit of density achievable in a net-zero building. TBDA acted as Phius and energy consultant, providing energy modeling and concept design of the PV system.
