This service includes working with the design team to optimize the building envelope, coordinating with Phius for pre-certification, and coordinating with the contractor and third party rater for final certification
Additionally, we assist owners seeking to decarbonize their homes and other buildings, typically in conjunction with an energy auditor (with blower door and infared gun) and contractor. After an initial energy audit, we develop a plan to phase out gas while transitioning to heat pumps and other forms of efficient electrification.
