TBDA a Finalist in Prestigious AIA Chicago Design Award Competition

We at TBDA are incredibly excited to be finalists in the AIA Chicago’s Decarbonization Award – TWICE! Our Lake Bluff Passive House and Bungalow Decarbonization were both finalists.

The Decarbonization Award recognizes projects that surpass basic energy reduction, highlighting their leadership in sustainable design, and showcasing innovative projects that demonstrate a commitment to the goals of the 2030 Commitment while maintaining functional and aesthetic excellence.

Our primary objective in receiving these awards is to highlight that addressing climate change through our housing stock is both essential and achievable. We encourage you to reach out to us to explore how we can work together to achieve these important goals.
